National Foster Carers Conference August 2010

Firstly thank you to all Carers and professionals that have registered.

To those that haven’t had time as yet due to school holidays etc. we have extended to early bird rate to 30th June 2010. If you are either a Kennerley or Life Without Barriers Carer contact their office if not register as directed on the form.

Please note that workshop 4D “The Circle Program” will be replaced with “Family based alternative placement – An alternative to Foster Care”

We are also now able to offer some child care during Conference hours for children birth to 10 years old (Contact Wendy by phone or text on 0408 671 476 or email)

To the Carers that have registered please remember to forward the Carer Award form. Please note you can nominate yourself. If you have trouble contacting your worker to sign off just forward it anyway and the Conference Committee will see to it for you.
